A Wee Slice of Falkland Town!
A small village with medieval roots, sits under Falkland hill in Fife. Falkland Palace was one of Mary Queen of Scots’ favourite places to visit and today it is famous as a filming location for the Outlander TV series. The centre of the village has not changed for centuries.
I had my first job in the Kind Kyttocks Kitchen tearoom, when I was 13. It is no longer there but Falkland has always held special memories from my teenage years.
